What is the minimum order?
The minimum order value is ₹25,000. Your sales manager can help you put together a first order across our range.
How competitive are your prices?
Our trade prices follow market standards and are kept affordable. We share the current price list in writing when you are onboarded.
What discount can you offer?
Trade schemes depend on your order size and area. Our sales team explains the current scheme before you place an order.
What if stock arrives damaged?
Tell us as soon as you open the cartons. Damaged goods are replaced as per the trade terms we share at onboarding.
What is your expiry and return policy?
We supply well-dated stock. Near-expiry and expired stock is handled as per our written returns policy, given to you before your first order.
Do you sell medicines online to the public?
No. We supply licensed chemists, distributors and hospitals only. Prescription medicines are dispensed by a pharmacist on a doctor's prescription.
