Patient safety comes first. If you think one of our medicines caused a side effect, or a pack looks wrong, tell us. Every report is read by our team and followed up.

Stop and see a doctor or go to the nearest hospital first. Then tell us.
Your details are used only to follow up this report and to meet our legal duties on drug safety. We do not share your name publicly.
What happens next
We follow up every report.
- Our team reads your report and may call you for details
- Quality complaints are checked against the batch records and the manufacturer
- Where needed, side effect reports are shared with the national programme
